Lead Climbing 101 (Vorstiegskurs)

Do you enjoy climbing and have experience with top rope climbing as well as belaying and want to go a step further and start lead climbing and unlock many more climbing opportunities? Then this is the right course for you. You'll learn all the fundamentals of lead climbing as well as belaying to be able to climb safely and independently indoors. Additionally, some useful movement techniques to tackle trickier climbs. Primary language of communication will be English.

Registration until:

27.02.2024

Prerequisites: 

• DAV Membership (Sektion Münster)
• Well versed with top-rope belaying and climbing

Course 8.1: 13th & 14th January 2024, 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Course 8.2: 2nd & 3rd March 2024, 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM  

Costs: 60,00 € |includes Entry to KletterBar, Equipment like climbing harness, shoes, chalk etc. should be rented from Kletterbar by the participant
